Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Athletes Club, LLC ("Athletes Club," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making the Athletes Club platform accessible to facility operators, staff, and members. This statement applies to our marketing website, facility management web application, and member experiences delivered through the web and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), available at https://www.athletesclub.app.
Our commitment
We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for the parts of the Services we design and operate. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we ship improvements continuously and prioritize issues that block core tasks such as signing in, booking, check-in, billing, and account management.
Measures we take
To support accessible use of the Services, we work to:
- Use semantic structure, labels, and roles so pages work with screen readers and other assistive technologies.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive controls where the underlying platform allows.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and light/dark presentation options on primary workflows.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where feasible.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences where our UI supports them.
- Offer English and Arabic copy on key owner and member flows, with attention to layout in right-to-left (RTL) locales.
- Test critical paths with automated checks, manual review, and feedback from customers and internal QA.
Third-party services integrated into the Services (for example, payment flows hosted by Stripe) are subject to those providers' accessibility practices as well as our own.
Known limitations
Some areas of the Services are complex or change frequently. You may encounter barriers including:
- Dense schedule and calendar grids (classes, appointments, rooms, services) that are optimized for visual scanning and drag-and-drop; keyboard and screen-reader use may require additional steps.
- Maps and location features that depend on third-party map providers.
- PDF exports and printed materials generated from facility data, which may not always inherit web accessibility features.
- Content uploaded by facilities (waivers, announcements, custom copy) that we do not control.
- Older browsers or assistive technology combinations we have not yet validated.
We document and prioritize fixes for reported issues that affect access to essential features.
Compatibility
We design for current versions of major browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and for common assistive technologies used with those browsers. For the best experience on the facility web app, we recommend an up-to-date browser and, on iOS, using Safari or Chrome rather than embedded in-app browsers when possible.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of the Services, or if you need an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: accessibility@athletesclub.app
- Privacy and account requests: privacy@athletesclub.app
Please include:
- The page or feature you were using (URL if possible).
- A brief description of the problem.
- The device, browser, and assistive technology you use (if applicable).
We try to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and to propose a remediation path or workaround when we can.
Formal complaints (United States)
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact us again at accessibility@athletesclub.app with "Accessibility escalation" in the subject line. We will review escalations with our product and legal teams.
